Please make sure you bring cash and or a credit card to pay for lunch and drinks. You will need to wear a helmet and have a spare inner tube for your bike. Make sure that you bring small protein snacks to help keep up your energy levels as it is a longer ride. Real food is probably better than jels, although that is your choice. Jelly babies help or the protein cereal type bars, bananas are good fuel too.
