Carnforth to Glasson Dock 32 miles We cycle away from the pool and join the Canal, the path is a shale, with speed ramp which need to be taken carefully before going under the bridges Then as we navigate our way through Lancaster and pick up the cycle path again following the river all the way to Glasson Dock. Where we can have a coffee or head back to the café on the cycle path about a mile away. On our return journey we will divert towards Morecambe and go along the prom and see Eric Morecambe. Before we re-join the canal back to the start.
