From Preston Train Station we ride over the numerous cycle paths, cycle ways, quiet roads, streets and country lanes that connect the various numbered routes forming part of the UK's 12,900 miles that make up the National Cycle Network. We will go through the city of Lancaster, towns like Carnforth to stop at Levens Hall and Garden near Kendal, skirt or cross parks/nature reserves like Forest of Bowland, Arnside & Silverdale and Foulshaw Moss till finally finishing in the seaside town of Grange-over-Sands for our main meal at the amazing Hazlemere Café & Bakery, with its own speciality tea shop upstairs where you can purchase your own favourites to take home. The ride ends here, close to the train station.
