Starting from - We will meet at the entrance to Bessingby park in Beverley road. If driving to the start there is street parking but there is often football in the park so can be busy. HA4 9AS

Please ignore the next 2 paragraphs - we shall return via Ickenham and into Ruislip Manor.
A ride on quiet roads and cycle paths with a few short patches of main road passing through Northolt, Greenford and Hanwell onto Kew Bridge and Chiswick house. We will return via a similar route.
Mainly quiet roads, cycle paths and some connecting main roads.
We will stop for a cuppa and snack in the cafe at Chiswick house.
Please check your bike is in good working order with tyres well pumped up. I also recommend you have a spare inner tube and a lock for when we stop.
