Once out of Bingham (nice market town) we’ll cycle through some rather nice pretty villages.
Genuinely speaking the roads tend to quiet.
Stop for a sup of water half way round. However shout up if you need if you need one.
Please make sure you have a road worthy bike, helmet, spare inner tube and working lights front and rear. Bottle of water or similar and perhaps a snack bar.
