Parents not cycling are welcome to walk into the Forestry. Forestry road is wide and spacious and is 2 1/2 miles long one way, so 5 miles in total. For some of the older kids you have an option to join us onto the road and adventure up to Llyn Eiddwen. This is an additional 5 miles one way, there are some climbs and lovely downhills as well as a cattle grid. So this will 15 miles in total.

This is a guided ride open to West Wales Cycle Racing Team only. Parents are always welcome at our rides. We are restricting numbers. As we are awaiting for club to resume at Ceredigion Offices, we will get back riding anyway.
There are some additional rules we must follow due to current Covid-19 still in the area.
1. We must maintain a 2 metre social distancing at all times, especially at junctions
2. You must book your place on the ride ensuring your leave your contact details due to Tract, Test and Protect.
3. If you or anyone in your household become ill and any covid-19 symptoms after booking i.e. start a new continuous cough, high temperature, loss of or change to your normal sense of smell or taste, then please cancel immediately.
4. Please bring your own sanitiser and gloves. As well as a spare tube and hand pump.
5. If you experience symptoms of virus after the ride, you should get a test. If this is positive then you must contact us immediately to enable us to do a Track, Trace and Protect procedure.

The younger rides are welcome to stay to the Forest roads but parents must supervise as Nia will have to take the older ones onto the road to Llyn Eiddwen.

***Please be aware there maybe some walkers with dogs***

Depending on numbers we will start and keep to smaller groups

There are no traffic on the forest roads but there maybe some with dogs walking, so we need to be careful! Anyone taking the longer route - we will be on the smaller roads for about 10 miles

We will stop at gates, some junctions so no one is left behind!

Helmets essential - if no helmet then sorry no ride. Water bottle and snack/treat You will need to be self efficient on the ride, bring any spare tubes, pump, tools - sharing raises risk of the virus. Hand Sanitiser and gloves.
