We shall head down to the Polish war memorial and take the cycle path running down the A40, we will cycle up to and past the Battle of Britain bunker and onto Fassnidge park where we will stop for a cuppa and snack. The return journey will be via Ickenham and through to Ruislip Manor.

Please dress appropriately for the warmer weather, don’t forget sun cream and make sure you have a drink with you to keep hydrated. Please make sure your bike is on good working order with tyres pumped up. Helmets are advised. Please do not come on the ride if feeling unwell, including any Covid symptoms.
