A lovely, flat there-and-back ride from Prestatyn sea front to the Walk and Talk charity cafe in Ffynnongroyw. We'll head along the coastal path from Prestatyn, over the golf course and along the lovely Warren cycle path in to Talacre. From here we'll continue along the cycle path past the Point of Ayr (the most northerly point of mainland Wales!) and along some tracks across fields to Ffynnongroyw, where we'll stop at the cafe for a re-fuel before returning to Prestatyn along the same route. The tracks are a good solid surface and OK for road bikes with care.

Helmets are mandatory, and please bring a spare inner tube and tools for repairing a puncture. It can become cold along the coast even after a warm day, so bringing along some warmer layers is recommended, and don't forget cash/ card for the cafe stop.

First-timers welcome!
