Cycling Skills development session

FOR ALL WHO WANT TO DEVELOP OR BRUSH UP ON YOUR CYCLING SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE

Have you been off your bike for a while?

Are you new to cycling?

Do you want to improve your cycling skills?

Want to come out on a future Breeze ride, but not yet feeling ready?

Then why not come along to one of our cycling skills development sessions.

These sessions will be led by trained cycling coach and Breeze Champion, Ann Shrimpton.
They are a women only event (adults only), in an off road & traffic free environment.

The sessions will be supportive and friendly and designed to build your confidence.

We will practice cycling skills such as bike handling, easing off, riding two abreast and close to other riders (important skills for coming along on Breeze rides), cornering and using your gears. And any other issues or questions which come up. Plus how to check your bike is good to go, before you head off on a ride.

You need to bring your own bike. Road bikes or hybrid bikes are ideal. Mountain bikes are not really suitable.

YOU MUST WEAR A BIKE HELMET to take part.
