This is the final day of an exciting never-to-be-forgotten 3 day Cotswold “Weyhey!” Cycling adventure over the coronation weekend. Join us for one day, two or three. We even have options to do a shorter section each day, if the prospect of the whole lot is too much for you. The whole route over 3 days is just over 100 miles, starting and finishing in Chipping Norton, with overnight stays in Little Witcombe (Gloucester) on Saturday, and Cirencester on Sunday.

The ride is through exceptionally beautiful Cotswold villages. Make no mistake there are some serious hills in here, but all worth it for the glorious views and charming countryside. We won’t be racing, and you use just as many calories, so no shame at all, in walking up the steepest bits if you prefer.

Monday’s ride starts at Kings Meadow and wends its way north through Calmsden, Fosse Cross and Coln Rogers to Northleach. From there we cross the A40 to Farmington, and enjoy a delightful ride along the side of the Windrush valley through Great Barrington to Burford where we stop for lunch. If that’s enough for you, arrange to be collected here. After lunch the more hardy will ride back north to Chipping Norton.

(Please ignore the next bit of duplication, which I don’t seem able to delete, and the bit about Naunton, but read the last bit about what to bring etc)

On this ride we will stop at Naunton for an early lunch. If you don’t want to do the full ride you can join us for lunch and start here for the ride to Little Witcombe.

You will certainly need a road worthy bike ( I suggest a service, or at least a check over beforehand), a helmet, suitable clothing for the weather, a spare inner tube, a drink, snacks to keep your energy up, and funds for lunch.

Whilst we are from Chipping Norton Breeze, we would be delighted if any other Breeze riders, or cycle experienced newbies would like to join us. We are a friendly crowd, and we never leave anyone behind.
