Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

This is an easy quiet route led by qualified ride leaders, to build confidence. You need to be able to pedal, balance and ride at least 100 metres. We will help and support you all the way. Come and try out riding on roads with friendly people! We'll stop in the park and you can buy a drink if you want, and ask any questions you like.

Wear non-baggy clothing which won't get caught in the bike. Helmets are optional, but we can lend you one if you wish. We can also hire bikes for £5 if you message the ride leader in advance.
