Ermington loop

We will warm up by heading westward out of our rendezvous and briefly skirt through Saltram past the Plympton perfumery onto Marshall Road. Then it’s Valley Rd, St Marys, Colebrook and cycle paths up Langage Estate via Chaddlewood. We then head out on country lanes towards Smithaleigh but take the back lanes heading towards Yealmpton ensuring we take the turning to Yeo Park and down to the busy A379. A short run on this road afore we divert to Dunstone past the Shire Horse Centre, we now climb and loop back to the 379 for another brief stint onto the village of Ermington. We now cruise up the Erme valley to Ivybridge and carve our way through town to pick up another cycle path to the Hunting Lodge for a well earned break. Suitably refreshed we charge for home via Lee Mill, Smithaleigh and the Ridgeway which delivers back into Plympton and our start point.
