Quiet back roads.
No cafe stop on this ride so bring a snack and drink and we'll stop midway.
Bike in good working order, a helmet, spare inner-tube / puncture repair kit or a means of getting home in the event of a puncture / mechanical, a bike lock if you have one, layers (including a waterproof incase of rain). And of course a water bottle or two, some snacks. And chat! Sun screen (we can always hope!).
