It won't be open at that time, but the Tyne bar is just across the street, if people need to use the toilet, or want a drink before the ride. NE6 1AP

About the route

We'll follow the cycle path along the river to Scotswood, then will cross the footbridge and Scotswood bridge. We'll continue on the Gateshead side, passing the MetroCentre, Dunston Staithes, the Staithes cafe, and the Sage.
We'll cross Millenium bridge and will be back on the path leading to the Cycle Hub.
There are no planned stops, but we'll pass plenty cafes and bars if we want to stop for refreshments.
