Out of sandal Station up the trail to walton where we turn right . Through walton , down an enjoyable hill and up Through crofton Park. A couple more ups and downs on country roads to nostel priory. After our cafe stop its back via featherstone, Normanton and Altofts with another good downhill over the canal and return via the Eastern relief road to walton and sandal Station.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides. Please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day.
