Starting in Morecambe we head to Milnthorpe via Silverdale and Arnside. Then it's across to Nateland via some little lanes before arriving in Kendal.
Return leg again is via Milnthorpe but a different route

Beautiful countryside

Mostly little lanes and B roads

Cafe stop in Kendal

All participants must wear a helmet and bring everything required for basic repairs such as a puncture. Money required for cafe stop and advisable to bring a face covering in case you need to go into a shop etc
