FLAB Social Ride Lancaster Morecambe

Heading out to Cockerham from Lancaster, this is the only section of the route with small hills, the rest of the route is flat.
Once out of Cockerham we turn onto a loop of single track lanes which then joins the coastal road which we follow through Pilling onto Knott End.
Return journey we turn off the coastal road and do a loop around Pilling on quite country lanes before rejoining the coastal road back to Cockerham and Lancaster.

Ride out to Knott End for fish and chips.

Mostly flat with little traffic.

We will stop at Knott End for fish and chips or coffee and cake or both if preferred. There are also several places on route to stop for a chat or to take pics of the scenery

Everyone must wear a helmet and have what is required to repair a puncture. Money will be needed for food and drink stops.
