FLAB Social Ride Lancaster Morecambe Beginners

Starting on Morecambe Promenade we head up the cyclepath towards Lancaster and then loop round the back of Salt Ayre along the River Lune to Snatchems.
From there it's quite roads to Overton, Middleton and Heysham before rejoining the Promenade and heading back to Morecambe.
