Helmets are mandatory on our rides! Please bring spare tube, puncture repair, tyre inflation device, basic tools, water and snacks if you get hangry after a mile! Please wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions and make sure you have a roadworthy serviced bike and a back up plan in the event of a terminal mechanical!
