FLAB social rides west riding

This is the first ride to prepare for the fat lad sportive so it's not overly difficult but there are a couple of short hills to test the legs and lungs.

RIDING trails and roads in our first build up ride for the fat lad sportive.

We will be stopping at a cafe stop roughly half way through the route for refreshments.

Please bring water, basic bike repair kit and suitable clothing for the conditions of the day.
