Heading out of Watford towards Abbots Langley Bedmond Leverstock Green Hemel Hempstead Warner end Potters end then on to Flamstead for refreshments then heading back through Potten End Hemel Hempstead Leverstock Green Bedmond through Abbots Langley then back into Watford
This is a 35 mile fast paced with 1450 feet of climbing
