A lovely quiet route to Meadow Lea Farm Café.
Mainly traffic free except for one road when we get to Mickle Trafford.
Meadow Lea Farm, Mickle Trafford.
A bike in good working order. A helmet is compulsory for this ride. Puncture repair kit or better still spare inner tubes which are easier to change. Suitable clothing nothing baggy that could get caught in the chain/gears. Bike lock A drink/snacks for the ride. Money/card for café. If using an E-bike make sure it is fully charged. Medication if needed.
