About the route

A gently undulating route using quieter roads, country lanes and cycle paths (alongside the A37!) to follow some of the Frome Valley trail - leaving plenty more to explore by bike another time :) Picturesque scenery as the route passes through the pretty villages of Charminster, Bradford Peverell and Stratton before returning to Poundbury for a well earned refreshment stop.
Pace will be as best suits the group and no-one will be left behind.
Please wear a helmet and dress appropriately for the weather on the day - who knows just now - and bring with you card/cash for the cafe stop.
Please also check your bike beforehand - tyres correctly inflated, brakes both working and chain oiled.
