HA1 4QW

This ride is intended for Harrow cyclists who are new (ish) to cycling and have had experience of riding on a mixture of roads (including main roads) and already completed a 20 mile ride. A relaxed, chilled and gentle Sunday Morning Ride going at a pace of 8/10 mph. The roads will be quiet given the time of day and we will also use cycling paths and the canal. If you can ride 20 miles you will be fine for this ride. I have marked the ride challenging because it is 32 miles. However, there will be lots of picture stops along the way .

A scenic ride to Richmond Park. This ride is intended for cyclists who are new (ish) to cycling and have had experience of riding on a mixture of roads (including main roads) and already completed a 20/25 miles ride. You will need a good level of fitness for this ride as it is 32 miles (but it a flattish route - approxoimately 1,200 ft of climbing).

We will cycle on a mixture of cycling lanes, along the canal, quiet roads and also for short period on the main road but these should be quiet (given the time of day).

We will stop at Syon House, Richmond Riverside, Richmond Hill and finally at Richmond Park.

Please wear a helmet, bring a bottle of water, a couple of snacks (to replenish your energy). It's always handy to have some cash. PLEASE ensure your bike it fit to do this ride (brakes working, tyres fully pumped up and bring a spare inner tube). Do an M check. If you are feeling unwell please do not join this ride, find anothe ride to attend when you are feeling better.

First-timers welcome!
