Tollcross Park

This is an enjoyable 14 mile circular route on a variety of traffic free paths and quiet roads incorporating the scenic Clyde Walkway. You head down to Glasgow's Trongate area and onto Glasgow Green, Glasgow's oldest park.  Here you can stop and view the many monuments and vast winter gardens that give the park its uniqueness.  You will pass the McLennan Arch, People's Palace, the Doulton Fountain, a tidal weir and St Andrew's Suspension Bridge.  It’s an ideal route for seeing the River Clyde in all its glory. A hybrid or mountain bike is perfect for this relaxing ride by the river.
