Starting point

A largely flattish route all tarmac, couple of short hills on the way back but easy enough. Heading out to Kirton, Grayingham, Willoughton and Springthorpe to our cafe stop at Sturgate airfield. Returning via Corringham and Northorpe.
The ride is suitable for road bikes and hybrids, mountain bikes too although given the mileage it might be hard work on big knobbly tyres. Electric is also fine.

A steady ride out to the Cafe at Sturgate Airfield. Outbound via Grayingham and Willoughton, returning through Corringham and Northorpe. 25 miles no hills to speak of.

Quiet roads, all tarmac. Suitable for all bikes, although mountain bikes with knobbly tyres might be hard work given the distance.

Cafe stop at the Sturgate Airfield Cafe. Other brief stops if any one needs a breather.

Helmets are recommended, the ride is not suitable for under 16s. Please bring a drink, a spare inner tube and a working pump, a face covering for emergencies and money for the cafe stop.

An easy going ride at a pace that allows for a chat enroute, average speed aimed at 10-11 mph but as always we go at the speed of the slowest and no-one is left behind.
