This 15 mile ride takes us to Northala Fields in Northolt. Most of the route is on quiet roads with a short stretch of canal towpath. We head out through Pinner and South Harrow to the cafe at Northala. Anyone feeling particularly active can climb one of the mounds to take in the view. The return leg is via Wood End, a different bit of South Harrow and West Harrow.

The ride will be completed at a modest pace and, although there a couple of short steepish climbs, there are no over-challenging hills.

Please check your bike before the ride paying particular attention to the brakes and tyres. Bring a spare innertube, pump and tools to fix a puncture.

The time for the ride is a best estimate by the Ride Leader. Sometimes this can be affected by factors such as the weather, mechanical issues, the queue at the cafe, etc. We have a policy of leaving no rider behind so, if anyone is struggling, we will adjust the speed and take rest stops if necessary.
