Starting from - We will meet outside Building 3 of Harrow Civic Centre. Parking is available on-site and on Marlborough Hill. Harrow & Wealdstone station is a 2 minute ride away. (Overground, Bakerloo - use the exit from Platform 1), HA1 2XY

This 20 mile ride takes a loop from Harrow to Walpole Park in Ealing. It is almost all quiet roads and off-road paths with only a couple of brief sections on busier roads. We pass through a number of parks, visit two golf courses and travel on a short stretch of canal towpath. There aren't any particularly challenging climbs.

Our refreshment stop will be in Walpole Park where you can enjoy your own snacks or purchase from the cafe.
