Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We're thrilled that you've joined the team raising vital funds to help us in the fight against heart disease. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start way before you cross the start line. That's why we're thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride. See how quickly you can escape the busy streets of West London to get to the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire countryside! This route uses the capital's better roads for cycling to get out to some beautiful country lanes. You'll pass through Chalfont St Peter and Gerrards Cross before visiting the stunning Burnham Beeches nature reserve for a well earned breather and drink. You'll complete this 42 mile circular route by heading back through the Hillindone area and back to the start at Kenton Recreation Ground in Harrow.
