From Pugneys we will follow Slack Lane to Painthorpe and then Newmillerdam before returning through Horbury and Ossett.
Please be aware that there are quite a few hills along the way however nobody will be left behind.

This Sunday we will be travelling along a combination of greenways and tarmac roads. We will encounter a reasonable amount of traffic on the road sections so riders will need to be confident in those situations. Mountain bikes, hybrids and gravel bikes are most suited to this ride.

There will be a toilet visit at Pugneys on the way out. With the exception of short stops to re-group, or to take in points of interest along the route, there are no scheduled breaks on this ride though we may call for coffee at one of the cafes in Ossett on the way back to the Leggers Inn.

Helmets are mandatory on all Heavy Woollen Wheelers rides. Please bring a spare inner tube suitable for the tyres on the bike you are riding.
