This is a steady progression ride great for a social spin.
Leaving Leverhulme Park park behind us we head off onto the paths and trails of the surrounding areas of Bolton and Bury. Soon to arrive at the Manchester, Bolton and Bury canal where will meander along the towpath. Using the under-pass in Bury we will cycle along the trails to Jersey Girls Ice Cream Parlour for a hot drink (or ice cream for the brave!). We will return via the same room route back to the park.

This ride is one of our Winter Miles Summer Smiles winter cycling campaign, kindly sponsored by local business Cycle Surgeon. If you complete 4 rides with us over January and February you will receive a small gift.

Don't say no until you've had a go!

Please ensure your bike is in good working condition. Check your gears and brakes at least the night before.
We request that everyone wears a helmet for safety anyone not wearing a helmet will be unable to join us on the ride. Spare inner tubes, tyre levers, pump, a lock and some cash for the cafe stop would be advisable.
