Just As You Like It Ride! - And A Little Bit More!

We'll start off from Leyland with the Just As You Like It Ride!, following the Ribble Ring route for the most part, through the picturesque villages & stopping for refreshments behind the Church in Rivington. The gentle & steady group will cycle along the reservoir & back to Leyland, completing the ride, 33 miles. The ones that want to go that bit further & higher will leave the cafe stop & go onto the And A Little Bit More! route. They will go up Sheephouse Lane - Up, yes up - to Belmont, along the tops, then back down & around Anglezarke and around picking up the route back to Leyland. This will be around 50 miles with some leg warming climbs thrown in. Which route you do is up to you & you don't need to decide until the cafe stop at 22 miles. Whichever route you do, It'll be great! We'll ride at a steady pace of 10-12 mph on this ride which has the odd gentle incline. We'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together & have a really pleasant ride.
Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready.
Please ensure you have all the parts for your bike - pump, spare tube, multi tool. Your bike is your responsibility! Phone, money too. You are your responsibility!
Please aim to be ready to ride 15 mins before the ride start time, getting away on time is good for everyone.
