About the route

The route takes us through Preston Rd, London Rd and return via Harrow Rd. It is all tarmac, lots of cycle lanes but there are stretches of main roads and there are hills.
The Temple:
- Free entry
- National geographic: A London landmark
- Time out: One of seven wonders of London
- Opened in 1995, 5k tonnes of marble hand carved in India.
- There are bicycle racks, Tea shop & facilities, Minimart
- An exhibition, though a £1.50 fee, but lots to see besides exhibition
- You will be security checked on entry like airports, so pack light.
- Open to all religions & none.
- You will need to take your shoes off & separate entrances for ladies & gents.
Shorts not really advisable for the temple (though no requirement to go inside - architecture majesty can also be viewed from outside).
Though it may not provide the ultimate answers, it has great architecture and a restaurant at the edge.
