A route east from Kesgrave Community Centre through Little Bealings, Woodbridge, Melton, and Boyton before a cafe stop at Marsh Barn Cafe, Hollesley (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return via Sutton Heath and Martlesham.

Roads generally quiet and rural.

Expected pace 13/14 mph, but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube(s), tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for punctures, should you be unlucky! A multi-tool is also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration, and at their discretion interim refueling snacks,
