If you have children you would like to bring along please do - as long as they can cope with 15-20 miles

A steady route to cater for all abilities

Mainly B and C roads. May be the occasional stretch on an A road.

No cafe stop - we will return to CPK for coffee and cake

Please bring a spare tube with you in case of puncture
