We head out of Denholm and meet anyone cycling from Hawick at Hassendean at approximately 9.15 am. We take the road to Lilliesleaf and cycle on to Bowden Crossroad and head straight across to Melrose. We will stop for refreshments and them take the road over the Bogley Burn into Newtown and turn right at Cook Van Hire. We cycle passed Camieston and turn right and head home via Standhill.

We will stop in Melrose for refreshments, remember your pennies.

Helmets are required and please bring tools/repair kit in case of a puncture and front and rear bike lights. Please also ensure beforehand that your bike is mechanically sound and that you have appropriate clothing for the Scottish weather. If you are using an e-bike please ensure that battery is fully charged and that you have someone available to collect you should battery run out. A drink and a snack.
