Let's Ride to Henfield (Adults only)

Hello every one, I am introducing a new type of ride for Brighton and Hove - Guided Rides for Adults. These rides are the same as our Breeze rides with the exception that we can ride with adults both male and female. This is a trusted Breeze route - mainly a traffic free, riverside ride starting from the Red Lion pub in Shoreham (opposite the old toll wooden bridge) to the Old Railway pub in Henfield.

Approx. 95 % of the route is traffic free ad follows the River Adur.

We will stop to take in views and grab snack and drink.

Please wear fitted cycle helmets and bring a snack and a drink for fuelling along the way. Please also ensure your bikes are in good working order, including tyres and brakes, as unfortunately, I am not a bike mechanic. Ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather and it is worth your while keeping a check on this. If the weather prevents us riding I will let everyone know. We will be stopping at the Old Railway for coffee and cake so please do bring a little money to cover your costs.
