We will leave Apex Cycleworks at 9am Bank Holiday Monday morning. We ride to the Costa at Lea Gate and regroup, riders decide which way they ride the wheel and set off. Cycling back to Lytham in the alternative direction to arriving we will meet back on the road, at the Costa or back at Apex. We will ride in small groups of similar ability and confidence and we are very supportive never leaving anyone behind.

We ride on public roads discussing and agreeing the route before depending on each groups needs. Whilst we endeavour to ride on quiet B roads we will have to ride on major roads to get there.

Helmets. 2 x tyre levers. 2 x Inner tubes. pump. Puncture repair kit. Water. Snacks. Weather /Cycling appropriate clothing. Fully serviceable road bike
