About the route
Start in Llanrhystud and do "Sue's ride"
Leave Carpark and go up towards Lampeter but take second turning for Cwm Mabws - sharp climb but achievable. Turn Left and then a right.
Go on towards Llyn Eiddwen then do a bit longer and go round Llyn Fanod
