Please read all the information below before booking on.

This is not a heads down bum up ride. If you want to go fast, this ride is not for you. The average speed is about 10 mph.

The ride starts at Pier Head Ferry Terminal and boards the world famous "Ferry across the Mersey" to Seacombe The ferry leaves at 1000, so you MUST be there for 0945 to get your Boarding Pass
Please note that a ferry ticket will need to be purchased prior to the start of the ride. The advice is to buy an ‘All Areas’ Saveaway ticket from a vendor. The saveaway ticket cannot be bought at the ferry but at the train station or other vendors; see the link below for local vendors.

This ticket can then be exchanged for a boarding pass at the ticket office.

For more information on a Saveaway ticket;

James Street Station is the nearest location to Peir Head where tickets can be purchased.
Basically, if you haven’t got a Merseyside bus pass, the Ferry will cost about £6.00 but you must give yourself time to buy one anywhere other than at the ferry. Other locals on the ride will help but got to think about the time. The ferry will not wait!

From the Ferry we head out towards Chester via Rock Ferry, New Ferry, Port Sunlight, Clatterbridge, Thornton Hough, Neston, on to the Greenway then into Chester for the main break by the River Dee.

From Chester, we pick up the Greenway again heading for Mickle Trafford then on to Dunham-on-the-Hill, Buckoak, Frodsham, Runcorn, Picker’s Pasture Halewood,, finally getting to Cressington

This is a ride around Cheshire starting and finishing in Liverpool

Mainly country lanes

The main stop is in Chester where food and drink can be bought or you can bring your own

We never leave anyone behind
