MIDWEEK MEETUP. Avenham Adventure!

Join Celia and Val for a short pleasant autumn meander along dedicated cycle ways /paths to reach the banks of the River Ribble.
The route uses quiet lanes towards the new Tramway Bridge at Avenham park. Riding thru the park we will pick up part of the Guild Wheel route to the Docklands at Preston whilst enjoying the views and wildlife along the way.
Photos will be taken during the ride please inform the leaders if you prefer not to be in them.
** Please note if you are not a member of Horwich ride social please fill in a new participant form before the ride available from : horwichridesocial.org and return before the ride.
Please bring spare inner tubes/ tools in case of mechanical breakdown.

Join Celia and Val for a delightful ride which will be enjoying the pleasant views alongside the mighty River Ribble.

Almost completely traffic free we will enjoy off road paths dedicated cycle lanes with some short busy roads to access these quiet lanes.

We will be visiting the Docklands at Preston and our pit stop will be the Beach House.

Helmets are mandatory as on all HRS rides -no helmet no ride!
