We'll be riding through quiet villages such as Cowlinge and Denham, on the way to the flatter heathlands north-east of Newmarket. We'll follow a small section of the Wolf Way here. The route returns via Moulton and Stetchworth.
We'll try to keep together loosely as a group as far as possible, stopping where necessary (e.g. at the top of hills!) for everyone to catch up. Speed always depends on who signs up, but likely to be around 13 mph average.

We'll be mainly on quiet, undulating roads. Total elevation around 1500, with a flatter middle section.

We'll stop for refreshments at the Purple Pantry in Tuddenham, approximately halfway in.

We suggest bringing: a helmet (in fact this is essential), water, snacks, puncture repair equipment appropriate to your bike, payment for refreshments.

All welcome. Please get in touch if you haven't ridden with the group before. If you'll be wanting the gpx for the route, please send your email to the ride organiser ([email protected]) if I don't already have it.
