Re-run of the route cancelled earlier in January, departing Northgate through Framsden and Charsfield before a stop at First Cafe, Debach (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Hasketon and Little Bealings.

Roads generally quiet and rural with light traffic expected.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or alternative) for a puncture should you be unlucky. A multi tool is also useful for any necessary running maintenance. Help given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride, and interim refueling snacks at the rider's discretion.
