A route north east from Northgate through Otley, Earl Soham and Debenham, before a stop at The Hog & Hen Farm Cafe at Mill Green (bring card / cash for refreshments). Return via Mickfield, Needham Mkt. and Hemingstone.

The roads and lanes are paved and rural, with light traffic expected. Modest and limited inclines. No hills in Suffolk!

Expected pace 13 / 14 mph average. We never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly advised! Bring spare inner tube, & tyre levers ( or alternatives relevant to your own bike and preference) for in-situ puncture repairs. A multi-tool is also useful for running maintenance. Assistance will be given whenever possible.

Bring water bottles and interim fueling snacks as you wish.
