A route from Northgate through Bredfield, Pettistree, and Campsea Ashe before a stop at Cafe 46 in the square at Wickham Market (Bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Monowden and Grundiburgh.

Roads rural and generally quiet.

Expected pace 13/14 mph, but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Carry a spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump (or alternative) should you be unlucky and have a puncture. Multi tool also recommended for running maintenance. Assistance always given when possible.

Riders should carry liquid hydration on the bike, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
