This ride is part of our Winter Miles Summer Smiles January and February cycling challenge.
If you are not already a member of Horwich Ride Social then please email [email protected] for a membership form prior to the ride . (it is free)
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time for a safety check.

Starting from Rivington at the Go Ape car park next to Great Hall Barn, Rivington. Free car parking and toilets available. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the starting time to allow for a bike check and ride briefing.

Using country lanes and canal tow paths we leave Rivington and head for Chorley to our café stop at the Old Stables. Although there are a couple of inclines on the way back you can cycle these at your own pace so don't let this put you off.
Please ensure you have a helmet and a road worthy bicycle. You need to have an inner tube for your bike and a bike lock as the bikes are not in view at the cafe stop.
