From Monton we cycle to Drinkwater Park, follow the River Irwell to Kersal Wetlands and on to Peel Park where we stop for refreshments at Salford Museum. Designated cycle lanes take us back towards Monton, cycling through Buile Hill Park on the way

Come and join us on this route exploring parks in and around Salford. We'll stop for refreshments at Salford Museum and Art Gallery with time to visit the iconic Lark Hill Place, a re-creation of a typical northern street set in 1897

The route is a mixture of trails and designated cycle paths linked by some sections of road

Please wear a helmet and dress for the weather conditions and bring money for refreshments. It's useful to carry a spare inner tube/puncture repair kit

We never leave anyone behind
