Penarth marina loop to the Knap

This will be an interesting loop through penarth, then around Cosmeston dropping down to the coast at the captains wife then through sully, barry docks to the knap
The route back will be up to the Barry top road path, to Wenvoe, then back through the lanes at St Andrews major, Dinas powys and then back to penarth

A nice steady cycle ride down to the Knap in Barry for coffee.

We will ride on a mixture of paths and quieter roads.

We plan to stop at a cafe in the knap for coffee

Please bring your helmets, spare tube and some cash if you are buying your refreshments.
