Regent's Park Laps

A steady to fast paced ride of laps around Regent’s Park to burn some Christmas Holidays calories! We will use mainly quiet roads to and from the park. It is not a race but we will crank up the speed around the park to raise the temperature!

We head off through Carlton Vale and cross Finchley Road, soon arriving at Regent’s Park. We join the Outer Circle on a clockwise direction and do a lap of the Inner Circle. When back on the Outer Circle again, we will cut through The Broad Walk and stop for a hot beverage at the Broad Walk Café.

After our break, we join the Outer Circle again and this time go for a full lap of the park until we get out in the south at Park Crescent, joining the roads of Marylebone and coming back through Maida Vale. We aim to be back at 2pm.

If you find this ride fully booked, get in the waiting list as spaces always become available nearer the date. However, please do not sign up if you’re not sure you can join.

IMPORTANT POINTS: *Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you have Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate, or can't make it for any other reason, please cancel your space so someone else can join. *Only riders who booked themselves on the ride will be allowed to join. *Unless the weather takes a nasty turn making it unsafe or unpleasant to cycle, this ride will go ahead even if it rains. Dress for the weather and bring a rain coat just in case.
