Starting from - inside Gibbons Recreational Ground, near Mitchell Brook Primary School, by the benches closest to the playground area. Meet at 11.00 so leave at 11.15. NW10 9BX

*THIS IS A RECCE RIDE* **NOTE DIFFERENT STARTING POINT**
I am still testing a route through Rickmansworth Aquadrome and need to do one more recce to see if it works.
This is a train assisted ride. We cycle to Wembley Park to get the Metropolitan line to Uxbridge, then cycle through Denham Country Park, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the Ebury Way until Watford, cycling to Pinner and back on the Metropolitan line again to Wembley.

It's not a long ride, but it's quite slow along the canal. It will take us around 5 hours to return, if not a bit more. The terrain can be quite rough so skinny tyres will struggle here.

We will stop at the cafe at the Aquadrome, but you can also bring a picnic. Please bring plenty of water wear light clothes and use sunscreen - it's a hot day!
